Ordering

The easiest way to order is on line at www.silverj.com, or you can call customer service toll free, 888.829.5324 and we will be happy to help you with your shopping.

Silver J has a huge in-stock inventory and we can also ship vendor-direct, which means we can offer a broad range of merchandise.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in the USA on most items.

For international orders, please use PayPal.

Your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS (our discretion).

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. At the time of shipping you will also receive, by email, a shipping notification from USPS or UPS with the tracking number and scheduled delivery date.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, money orders and checks.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

If paying by check, there will be up to a 14 day waiting period for the check to clear the bank.

Orders shipped to a California address or from a card with a California billing address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Returns

You can order with confidence when you know that if you are not satisfied, you can return – no questions asked

In the event you find it necessary to return merchandise, please e-mail, jan@silverj.com, and let us know what you are returning and the order number.

Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.

Returns and exchanges must be in new condition, unworn, unused and all tags and packaging intact.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original ship date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
